Glen Osmond is a suburb located in Adelaide’s east and is under the Burnside council district.  Many of the houses located in this suburb are positioned on the side of the hill and take advantage of the amazing views across Glenelg, Adelaide, and Port Adelaide.

Secondly Glen Osmond is often on the news for its intersection of Cross Road, Portrush Road, Glen Osmond Road and the South Eastern Freeway. 

Too many times we have seen trucks lose their brakes and go straight the intersection and into the waterfall of the Southern Cross Care – The Lodge Lordes Valley Residential Care in Myrtle Bank.  On the decent into Adelaide, you will see arrestor beds on the side of the freeway as you exit Stirling and pass Crafers then head towards the Mount Osmond.  Fortunately, we haven’t had a major incident there for a while now and let’s hope it stays that way.
