Tusmore is home to the Burnside Council Offices located on the corner of Port Rush Road and Green Hill Road. This building is opposite to burnside village shopping centre in Glenunga which is currently undergoing a humungous renovation. The construction team which is performing stage 6 of the of this project is Hansen and Yuncken builders.
Once completed it will add 80 new stores and double the foot print to 38,850 square metres. The Cohen Groups multi million investment makes this South Australia’s largest private sector investment. The shopping centre will also offer 560 free under cover car parks and charging places for electric cars.

The Tusmore wading pool has recently undergone a significant renovation to bring it back up to industry standards. This project was fought with some push back from residents who thought the foot print was too invasive on their park lands, but the project still went ahead and is now complete. This attraction makes for fantastic fun during the warmer months of the year for everybody in Adelaide to come and enjoy.
